Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and manage collected data in the company’s advanced CRM system
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments between qualified leads and the senior acquisition specialist
  • Implement persistent and strategic follow-up strategies for leads who don’t respond to initial contact attempts
  • Adapt provided scripts into natural, conversational dialogues that build trust and rapport with potential sellers
  • Efficiently manage and prioritize a high volume of leads to maximize conversion rates
  • Collaborate with the AI team to refine lead qualification processes and improve overall efficiency
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends and adjust communication strategies accordingly

Requirements
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
