Description

The Head of Brand Services will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance the Online division’s direct-to-customer brand offerings.

This role will play a critical role in shaping the customer experience and the ability to drive growth and brand recognition. The role will look to grow the brand segment of the online business, looking to identify new customer segments underserved in the existing market. The job has the potential to define significant new business lines and markets.

Key outcomes of the role

Strategic Planning & Execution:

  • Develop and execute brand strategy aligned with business goals
  • Manage P&L for Brand Services
  • Identify market opportunities to drive growth and profitability
  • Create marketing strategies for customer acquisition and pipeline management
  • Analyse competitors and develop winning strategies
  • Achieve sales growth by exceeding targets
  • Tailor products to regional market needs (think global, act local)
  • Expand presence in APAC, NA, and LATAM
  • Challenge market norms and encourage cross-functional collaboration

Customer Management:

  • Build strong customer relationships, understanding needs and automating processes
  • Focus on NPS to address detractor feedback
  • Negotiate contracts for mutually beneficial terms

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing brand services team
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture

Market Analysis & Insights:

  • Conduct market research and customer surveys for insights
  • Provide strategic recommendations to senior management
  • Represent the business at key events

Customer Experience:

  • Ensure exceptional customer service and support
  • Collaborate with product teams to exceed customer expectations
  • Proactively identify customer needs and implement feedback-driven improvements
  • Launch initiatives to attract new customers and enhance satisfaction

Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure adherence to industry regulations and mitigate brand risks

Product Innovation:

  • Collaborate with product teams to launch new solutions that drive revenue

Data Analysis:

  • Analyse customer data to uncover insights
  • Track key metrics (e.g., satisfaction, retention, NPS, revenue)
  • Present reports to senior management on outcomes and initiatives

About You

  • Have a passion for the domain industry
  • Bring demonstrable experience of working in a leadership role in brand services where you have been driving the brand protection success
