Senior Integration Consultant (Kinaxis)

What your new challenge will look like

The Integration Consultant will be the main point of contact between the client technology team and the consulting team leadership. You will be involved in managing the integration sprint sessions, delivering the integration design, and working with the client to deliver a smooth implementation. You will be involved with creating and testing the most appropriate integration requirements for the client based on your expertise.

• Provide creative solutions to complex business problems while maintaining best practices.

• Work with Account Executives and Client Partners to articulate the value of RapidResponse and be able to discuss our implementation

• Leading Deployment Workshops to help clients achieve immediate value from their investment.

• Testing complex data and analytic configurations to ensure that the solution is producing the expected results.

• Configure the RapidResponse interface according to our clients’ distinct needs as defined within the Agile user stories and blueprint designs.

• Participate in evaluating risks related to requirements management, business process definition, testing processes, internal controls, project communications, training, and organizational change management.

• Participate in technical architectures, develop system requirements, identify resources, and estimate timelines for project completion.

• Develop client-ready documentation related to requirement specification, process analysis, system-based and manual controls, functional design, and test plans.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, supply chain management, or other relevant degree; or equivalent work experience

• Extensive experience leading development teams in complex supply-chain solution design, development, and testing

• Five plus years of relevant experience in business software consulting and/or manufacturing and demand/supply management

• Five plus years of experience working as a RapidResponse Integration Consultant-

• Preferred: Integration Consultant Level 2 Certified

• Five plus years of experience with functional knowledge in supply chain, demand or supply planning, S&OP, after sales service operations, or transportation management

• SAP ECC/APO implementation experience or other major ERP implementations such as Oracle.

• Understanding of the solution development life cycle, including business requirements definition, review of functional specifications, development of test plans, testing, user training, and deployment

• Experience working with relational databases and java script.

• Experience in systems integration and ETL tools, data mapping, and systems integration a plus

• Lean Manufacturing training/experience.

• Experience with Jira and Confluence.

• Agile Scrum Master and/or Product Owner training/experience.

• Preferred: Automotive Industry experience
