The Role

The finance team is the backbone of our business, supporting strategic decisions and growth initiatives. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for financial operations, audit management, compliance, and financial reporting. This role offers the opportunity to interact with multiple functions across the company and drive financial efficiency.

Some key responsibilities of the role -

Statutory Audit & Compliance: Manage external audits, ensure adherence to GAAP, Ind AS, IFRS, and regulatory frameworks.

Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, disclosures, and board reports.

Accounting Operations: Oversee outsourced accounting, ensure accuracy in procure-to-pay, revenue recognition, and month-end closings.

Process Improvement: Strengthen internal controls, standardize audit processes, and drive automation.

Financial Analysis: Support leadership in assessing financial impacts of new initiatives and completing finance projects.

Some key requirements of the role -

Qualification: CA, MBA, or Postgraduate in Finance.

Experience: 3-4 years, with hands-on statutory audit experience (preferably Big4). Experience in a funded startup is a plus.

Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, ZohoBooks, QuickBooks, and strong knowledge of India & US GAAP.
