Job description

This is a remote position.

  • Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Support customers with hotel, flight, and activity bookings and reservations.
  • Address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions professionally.
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient customer service experience.


  • Requirements
  • Experience: At least 1 year in a customer/partner-facing role.
  • Language: B2 level or above in Portuguese and English.
  • Work Conditions: Shift-based work (7 AM – 10 PM Cairo time), including weekends and public holidays.
