Senior React - UI/UX Designer

• English - Native or fully fluent.

• Architect scalable, efficient React.js solutions.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  
• Ensure the highest standards of code quality and performance.
  
• Identify and proactively address technical issues.
  
• Innovate and implement best practices in React.js development.
  
• Participate in strategic planning and decision-making.
  
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes.
  
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.
  

Requirements

• Extensive experience with React.js and JavaScript.
  
• Proven track record in architecting complex UI solutions.
  
• Expertise in front-end build tools and pipelines.
  
• In-depth knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration.
  
• Familiarity with security best practices.
  
• Experience with performance optimization techniques.
  
• Ability to work effectively in Agile environments and with cross-functional teams.
  
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Previous mentoring or leadership experience is a plus.
  
• A degree in software engineering, information technology, or a related field.
