Responsable de elaborar y actualizar los materiales de aprendizaje presenciales y en línea  que nos ayuden a transmitir el conocimientos a través de diferentes formas para desarrollar habilidades aterrizando lo aprendido en la práctica,  certificando  que cuentan con las competencias necesarias para el puesto.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Realizar una detección de las necesidades de capacitación (DNC)
  • Elaborar el documento maestro; buscar a un experto que domine el proceso y documentarlo
  • Diseñar y elaborar los materiales de aprendizaje  presenciales y en linea: Manuales de procesos, cursos, talleres, videos, ejercicios interactivos, guia del instructor, evaluaciones, que nos ayude a: 1) transmitir el conocimientos a traves de diferentes formas 2)  desarrollar habilidades aterrizando lo aprendido en la práctica 3) certificando  que cuentan con las competencias necesarias para el puesto.
  • Implementar nuevas formas  de aprendizaje que acelere el proceso de enseñanza y ejecución.
  • Actualización de contenidos de acuerdo a las necesidades de aprendizaje.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • De 3 a 5 años en elaboración de materiales de aprendizaje presenciales y en línea: Manuales de procesos, cursos, talleres, videos, ejercicios interactivos, guía del instructor, evaluaciones.
  • Diseñador instruccional, Diseñador Gráfico, Pedagogo
  • Office Avanzado, Excel Avanzado, Outlook, Flash, Adobe, Photoshop, Editor de video, After effects
