Mon - Fri 9 AM- 6 PM Texas time includes 1h unpaid break.

Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls with enthusiasm and professionalism, setting the tone for exceptional customer experiences
  • Master the art of appointment scheduling using Housecall Pro CRM, ensuring efficient service delivery
  • Become an expert in HVAC pricing, confidently communicating costs to customers and addressing their questions
  • Showcase your sales skills by identifying opportunities to upsell maintenance contracts and additional services
  • Manage customer communications with finesse, handling everything from rescheduling to status updates
  • Keep the business running smoothly by updating client records and sending invoices promptly
  • Be the after-hours hero, managing late calls and expertly scheduling next-day appointments
  • Contribute to the company’s stellar reputation by consistently delivering top-tier customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • A natural communicator with fluent English skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Previous experience in Sales (both Inbound and outbound) and customer service or call center environments is a Must
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly master CRM systems (experience with Housecall Pro is a plus!)
  • Basic understanding of HVAC services and terminology, with a eagerness to learn more
  • Self-motivated and disciplined, thriving in a remote work environment
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks effortlessly
  • A knack for sales, able to identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, adapting to the dynamic needs of the HVAC industry
  • Passion for problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining the company’s 5-star rating
