Role and Responsibilities

Arch Staffing is seeking a Business Development Manager to oversee the growth of the PDU/IPDU department in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in data center business and consultant product knowledge about PDU and IPDU
  • Be responsible for business development activities, including working with OEMs, Channel Partners, etc.
  • Create development plans and forecast sales targets and growth projections
  • Identify market opportunities through meetings, networking, and other channels
  • Meet with existing and potential clients to build positive relationships
  • Liaise with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies
  • Prepare financial projections and sales targets
  • Attend events such as exhibitions and conferences
  • Prepare sales presentations and participate in sales meetings
  • Produce reports for management
  • Train business developers and sales colleagues
  • Work in a client’s business or in an office
  • Develop a business development strategy focused on financial gain
  • Arrange business development meetings with prospective clients
  • Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople
Candidate Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A diploma or bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Mechatronics
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in English
