Job Title: HR Manager/HR Generalist
Job Description:

Our company is looking for an experienced and competent HR Manager/HR Generalist to join our team in Kagal. The ideal candidate should have at least a Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent, with 5 to 8 years of experience in human resources or related field. The candidate should be well-equipped to lead a team of junior human resource managers.

Responsibilities:
  • Consistently recruit excellent staff to enhance the performance of the organization.
  • Maintain a smooth onboarding process to ensure that new employees integrate quickly and effectively into the company.
  • Train, counsel and coach our staff to improve their skills and reach their full potential.
  • Resolve conflicts through positive and professional mediation to create a harmonious working environment.
  • Carry out necessary administrative duties to ensure smooth running of HR processes.
  • Conduct performance and wage reviews to evaluate employee performance and pay.
  • Develop clear policies and ensure policy awareness among employees to maintain a positive working culture.
  • Create clear and concise reports to communicate valuable insights to management.
  • Give helpful and engaging presentations to staff to enhance knowledge and promote engagement.
  • Maintain and report on workplace health and safety compliance to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Handle workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures to prevent legal issues.
  • Maintain employee and workplace privacy to ensure compliance with relevant laws.
  • Lead a team of junior human resource managers to enhance teamwork, quality, and productivity.
  • Have experience in Compliance Management to ensure that the organization complies with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues to promote teamwork and collaboration.
  • Experience in educating and coaching staff to improve their skills and reach their full potential.
  • Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations to maintain a harmonious working environment.
  • Experience in following and maintaining the workplace privacy policy to ensure compliance with relevant laws.
  • Ability to give presentations to staff to enhance knowledge and promote engagement.
  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws to ensure compliance.
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook to ensure efficient management of HR processes.
