Job Title: Operation Head - Tower Industry

The Operation Head - Tower Industry will be responsible for directing all production activities towards the goal of cost reduction and time-saving improvements. The successful candidate will also be tasked with implementing and maintaining 5S activities in the plant, ensuring smooth functioning and fostering a good work culture, and focusing on PPC and target-oriented goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directing all production activities towards the goal of cost reduction and time-saving improvements
• Implementing and maintaining 5S activities in the plant
• Ensuring smooth functioning and fostering a good work culture
• Focusing on PPC and target-oriented goals
• Monitoring all production processes and implementing changes as necessary to optimize performance
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Managing and developing a team of production staff

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 10-12 years experience in a similar role
• SAP knowledge
• PPC expertise
