Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Full Time (40 hours per week) - Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM Pacific Standard Time


Responsibilities :
  • Conduct cold calls to a list of food businesses and restaurant contacts in the Los Angeles area

  • Qualify leads through initial phone conversations

  • Schedule follow-up calls with team members for qualified leads

  • Learn and effectively communicate the value proposition of our kitchen leasing services

  • Maintain and update contact lists and lead information in the provided CRM system

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly outreach targets

  • Provide feedback on lead quality and market responses

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in cold calling and B2B sales

  • Excellent communication skills in English

  • Ability to work U.S. West Coast business hours

  • Strong listening skills and ability to qualify leads efficiently

  • Resilience and positive attitude in handling rejections

  • Basic understanding of or interest in the food industry

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and VOIP calling software

Scope:

  • Make outbound calls to a list of approximately 3,000 contacts (1,500 restaurants, 1,200 catering businesses)

  • Work full-time (40 hours per week) - Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM 

  • Report directly to owner

  • Potential for performance-based incentives or commissions

  • Opportunity to suggest additional lead generation methods

  • Utilize provided CRM access and VOIP system with a U.S. phone number
