• Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support
  
• Develop and execute marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to meet company goals
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and aligned marketing efforts
  
• Oversee the creation of marketing content, including social media posts, blog articles, and promotional materials
  
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to track and report on campaign effectiveness
  
• Identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies
  
• Coordinate and participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for campaigns
  
• Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources, and ensure efficient use of funds

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
  
• Proven experience as a Marketing Team Leader or in a similar leadership role
  
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Proficiency in digital marketing channels and tools (social media, SEO, email marketing, etc.)
  
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data insights and make data-driven decisions
  
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving marketing targets
  
• Strong organizational and project management skills
  
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve shared goals
  
• Knowledge of market research and customer segmentation is a plus
