Role Summary

The Product Manager is accountable for the development and delivery of the tribe’s strategy, vision and objectives. The role ensures that the Product Proposition roadmap aligns with the Product Line objectives. The role leads the Product team and can be aligned with any of the SS / Common Services divisions.

Role Responsibility

  • Work closely with the Product leadership to set product strategy and vision and ensure alignment with tribe objectives
  • Implement the tribe vision into an ongoing product strategy and key goals to measure performance against
  • Manage the entire product life cycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch maintenance. Drive, at a product level, the customer-centric experiences through the product cycle such as user research, UAT, user behavior analysis
  • Demonstrate deep customer understanding and defines and own customer segment strategy, market research, marketing funnel strategy and competitor research
  • Use both qualitative and quantitative research to assess the value of products and features in line with proposition priorities
  • Drive continuous product discovery to understand user needs and translate those solutions and product backlog
  • Drive prioritization of products; own the prioritization and backlog management
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and launch 9. Infuse a sense of ownership & pride amongst team members to deliver high-quality work outputs
  • Institute a self-directed and high-performance culture in the team
  • Build a strong talent pipeline through hiring, internal movements, succession planning, talent reviews etc.
  • Enable a culture of continuous improvement and learning, by coaching team members and role-modelling self-development

Compensation: $110,000 - 120,000 + Bonus Plan
