The main focus of the role

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to drive product positioning, go-to-market strategy, and sales enablement. This role is crucial in bridging marketing, sales, solutions, and product teams—ensuring our messaging resonates with customers, supporting sales efforts, and leading strategic product launches.

 

This is a key strategic function that will shape how Castor’s products are perceived, adopted, and used by researchers worldwide. Your work will have a direct impact on revenue, sales performance, and market positioning. What you’ll be doing

Product Marketing Strategy & Positioning

  • Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to key audiences.
  • Create customer personas and competitive differentiation strategies.
  • Align marketing, sales, and solutions teams around a unified product strategy.

Go-to-Market Strategy & Product Launches

  • Lead GTM planning and execution for new products, features, and updates.
  • Define launch objectives, target audiences, and campaign strategies.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution and strong adoption.

Sales Enablement & Customer Advocacy

  • Develop sales enablement materials (presentations, product demo content, competitive battlecards, case studies).
  • Partner with sales and solutions teams to ensure they have the right tools and messaging to close deals.
  • Advocate for the customer voice, ensuring insights are reflected in marketing content and product strategy.

Content & Thought Leadership

  • Develop high-impact product content (web content, whitepapers, case studies, video scripts).
  • Collaborate with marketing to create demand-generation campaigns that drive pipeline growth.
  • Establish Castor as a thought leader in clinical trials, RWE, and digital-friendly trials.

Market Research & Competitive Intelligence

  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of competitors and industry trends.
  • Use insights to refine positioning, messaging, and marketing strategies.

PR & Communications

  • Strengthen Castor’s presence in industry media by developing strategic PR initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with journalists and industry influencers to drive greater brand impact.

Support other marketing  initiatives when and as needed.

 

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience in B2B product marketing (4+ years), preferably in life sciences, SaaS, or health

  • Ability to operate autonomously—can drive initiatives without heavy oversight.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with sales teams on enablement strategies.
  • A network in clinical research, health tech, or digital trials.
  • Experience in PR/media relations.
