RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Efficiently manage a high volume of tasks and projects, even under tight deadlines and pressure. • Build strong interpersonal relationships and rapport with representatives and team members. • Work closely with the different departments to ensure projects and client requests are met. • Serve as the primary point of contact for representatives throughout the project assignment and execution. • Interview and screen potential representatives/merchandisers for stores retailers' visits. • Explain work opportunities and answer representatives/merchandisers questions. • Ensure a positive representatives/merchandisers' experience throughout the project execution. • Explain work opportunities and answer representatives’ questions. • Ensure a positive representative experience throughout the recruitment process. • Collaborate with your Team Lead and other team members to meet staffing needs. • Maximize earned revenue against project contracts. • Execute tasks essential for achieving project success. • Identify and match service partners with clients, resolving roadblocks when they arise. • Gather client feedback to improve our services and work cross-functionally to prioritize improvements. • Set appointments for prospective representatives in specific stores to complete projects.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 1+ years of experience in customer service, tech support, visual screening, sourcing. • Ability to manage multiple projects with set deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Strong oral and written English proficiency, with excellent communication skills. • Inclusive collaborator who thrives in an inclusive company culture. • Quick thinker who can work with minimal supervision. • Proactive, responsive, multitasking and detail oriented. • Critical thinking and problem solving • Experience in retail projects is a plus. • Demonstrates emotional intelligence and empathy. • Tech-savvy, with strong typing skills and Microsoft Office knowledge
