Role Overview
As an integral member of our Sales team, the Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a pivotal role in generating new business opportunities and expanding our market presence in the EMEA region. The primary focus of this role will be on prospecting, identifying key decision-makers, and nurturing relationships with potential clients. The SDR will utilize a combination of research, outreach, and strategic communication to effectively engage prospects and generate qualified leads for our Sales Executives.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct proactive outbound prospecting efforts to generate new sales leads within the aviation industry, primarily targeting airlines, aircraft operators, maintenance organizations, and aviation regulatory agencies.
Utilise various channels including email, phone calls, social media, and networking events to initiate contact with potential clients and qualify leads.
Research and identify key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations, understanding their pain points, challenges, and business needs.
Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop targeted messaging and outreach strategies aligned with company objectives.
Effectively manage and prioritize lead pipelines using CRM software, ensuring timely follow-up and engagement with prospects.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system to track progress and measure performance.
Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and competitive advantage.
