Job description

The Senior Living Account Director (FLSA exempt role) will report to the Senior Director of Account Management and will lead a team of account managers. This role will provide guidance, training and support to team members to ensure excellent client service is delivered.  A a proven track record in client relationship and team management, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment will be essential. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Lead and manage a team of Account Managers, providing day to day guidance, coaching and support to ensure excellent client service is delivered to clients
  • Set clear goals, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to drive individual and team growth.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Address client concerns, issues, and escalations in a timely and effective manner.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts and progress updates.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to drive informed decision-making and strategic initiatives.
  • Partner with Senior Director of Account Management and other members of DAS Health leadership to define, develop and implement initiatives.
  • Other duties, as required.
