What You Will Be Doing:


The Senior Salesforce consultant is an Individual contributor who will use their Salesforce Platform expertise to own aspects of requirements, design, configuration and quality assurance of salesforce configurations required to implement and maintain RegEd’s Agency contracting application


Responsibilities: 


  • Ability to own and facilitate portions of requirements gathering with customer teams for the following topics: Integration, Personas, Screen Flow, e-Signature, Actions, Email alerts, Task management, Flow, Experience site, UI/UX, Schema, and reporting
  • Ability to configure, test and deploy advanced flows
  • Responsible for Customer facing Demo’s of configured components
  • Salesforce Administrator expertise in areas including Profiles, Permissions, Sharing Settings and Schema
  • Experience with configuring AppExchange e-Signature tools like DocuSign
  • Exposure to 3rd party API integrations
  • Aligned with Product Owner to ensure understanding of existing and new features
  • Consistent and valuable contributor to maintaining team Confluence pages
  • Collaborates with customer Salesforce teams for environment management and deployment
  • Develop templates and best practices for future implementations
  • Support Sales team with Demo environment custom flows and proof of concepts
  • Act as SME & resource within Implementation regarding all aspects Salesforce Implementation
  • Consistently operates with a very high degree of initiative, creative problem-solving, and client satisfaction on the most complex projects
  • Preferred Certifications: Platform App Builder, Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer I, or equivalent experience

Must Have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Communications or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of a Technical Support or experience and/or other successful client-facing experience
  •  Excellent business relations skills, including written and verbal communication.
  •  Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to successfully prioritize multiple projects with effective and timely follow-up.
  •  Strong analytical skills, including understanding and troubleshooting software product configurations.
  •  Extremely responsive, highly flexible, quick learner, and an effective problem solver.
  •  Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Team-oriented with a desire to collaborate and brainstorm with co-workers.
  • 5+ years in Salesforce Administration or configuration. 
  • 2+ years of client-facing software Implementation experience.

RegEd takes a market-based approach to pay. Your actual pay is based on your unique background, pertinent experience, work location and qualifications.
