The Role: VP Sales & Business Development

As the VP of Sales & Business Development, you will be the driving force behind global expansion. You will craft and execute a high-impact sales strategy, penetrate new markets, and close multimillion-dollar deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Sales Leadership – Define and implement a winning sales and go-to-market strategy, ensuring scalable revenue growth across key verticals (real estate, e-commerce, and enterprise digital solutions).
  • Revenue Acceleration – Drive large-scale B2B sales, securing $500K+ enterprise deals, and build long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Team Building & Leadership – Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales organization, balancing hunter & farmer sales dynamics.
  • Global Market Expansion – Open new territories, penetrate North American, European, and MENA markets, and establish the company as an industry leader.
  • Product & Market Expertise – Master the company’s unique value proposition, align it with market needs, and sell complex digital solutions with clarity and precision.


Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, digital solutions, or enterprise tech sales.
  • Proven track record in closing $500K+ deals and working with Fortune 500 clients.
  • Deep expertise in real estate, e-commerce, digital marketing, or enterprise SaaS sales.
  • Strong network within e-commerce platforms, real estate developers, and digital transformation leaders.
  • Growth mindset – ability to thrive in a scaling environment and build from scratch.
  • Exceptional negotiation & storytelling skills – ability to articulate complex solutions to C-level executives.
  • Experience managing a distributed, global sales team.
  • Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).
