Responsibilities
  • Spearhead the management of our MYOB system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial records
  • Take charge of payroll processing, guaranteeing timely and accurate payments for our valued team members
  • Lead the charge on accounts receivable, using your communication skills to maintain positive client relationships while ensuring timely payments
  • Create and manage invoices with precision, translating complex worksheets into clear financial documents
  • Conduct regular financial reporting, including critical government reports, showcasing your attention to detail and regulatory knowledge
  • Collaborate with our existing bookkeeper and external accountant to streamline financial processes and drive operational excellence
  • Provide strategic insights to management, translating financial data into actionable business intelligence
