Position Title: Guest Reservation Concierge
Work Set-up: WFH
Schedule: 10:00PM – 7:00AM
Salary: Php 35,000.00 – 40,000.00

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A GUEST RESERVATION CONCIERGE

Your Responsibilities as a Guest Reservation Concierge would be:
• Assist guests by selling future reservations
• Promptly follow up with guest inquiry leads for second chance bookings
• Provide concierge services with general knowledge of the property and surrounding area including restaurants, entertainment, special events and general directions
• Communicate with Clients via emails, phone calls, messaging platforms and video calls with customer queries (routing phone calls to the direct person assigned).
• Conducting follow up calls on existing customers to check customer’s satisfaction and offer further assistance.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Strong ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail
• Deliver the highest standard of service to all customers
• Effectively manage daily correspondences and operational tasks to exceed customer expectations and expand customer base
• Document questions and answers related to property or operational scenarios to assist in the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Create end-of-day daily reports to keep ownership informed about day-to-day operations, successes, issues, and opportunities
• Handle group booking inquiries and provide tailored solutions to meet the specific needs of large parties or events
• Coordinate with the management to ensure seamless communication and execution of group events and bookings
• Provide detailed information on available listings, packages, and services to prospective clients
• Follow up with event inquiries to secure bookings and provide exceptional customer service throughout the planning process
• Assist in the preparation and execution of group bookings and events, ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence
entering KPI’s into “scorecard”
reviewing video footage from cameras
pulling reports from various online platforms
transcribing activity tracking sheets into an online workbook
ensuring upcoming reservations have appropriate documentation

Qualifications as a Guest Reservation Concierge:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or any related degree.
• Must have 2-3 years experience of reservation sales agent/support or related.
• Must have strong customer service over the phone.
• Understanding the Hotel/B&B/Reservation industry
• Experience in Property Management System – Guesty, Housekeeping System – Breezeway, & Project Management/CRM - Asana
• Zendesk experience is a plus
• Experience in Vacation rentals, guest receptionist – virtual concierge – reservation sales.
• Display effective computer literacy and be familiar with MS Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel) Applications & Software knowledge a plus.
• Possess a positive and upbeat attitude at all times
• Professional customer service nature with a desire to exceed
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Desire to be part of high growth, fast paced business
• High level of attention to detail and strives for accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to priorities and understand processes from start to finish.
• Must know how to manage time wisely and must have the discipline and motivation required to stay focused.
• Ability to uphold discretion and confidentiality when dealing with clients.
• Driven and has initiative with an eagerness to learn and grow as well as having an ability to work and interact as part of a Team
