Weâre looking for a Product Operations Lead to streamline our product organization, improve workflows, and scale operations as YAZIO continues to grow.

This is a fantastic opportunity to own and lead Product Operations in a rapidly expanding company, ensuring that our Product, Engineering and Design teams can do their best work. If you thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and have a knack for process improvement and stakeholder alignment, this role is perfect for you.

This job is 100% remote and can be based in Germany, Spain, Portugal or the U.K.Â

Your Mission

As Product Operations Lead, you will:

Optimize and streamline processes to ensure our Product organization operates efficiently and effectively.
Own and evolve the Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) by improving alignment, execution and squad collaboration.
Facilitate key cross-functional meetings (product reviews, product alignment, retrospectives) to drive strategic decisions and team alignment.
Act as the central coordination point across Product, Engineering, Design and other teams to enhance communication and collaboration.
Manage and optimize tooling and documentation, ensuring Notion, Jira and JIRA Product Discovery support async collaboration and team workflows.
Analyze and improve process effectiveness, identifying opportunities to reduce friction and enhance team performance.
Scale Product Operations as YAZIO grows, ensuring new squads are set up for success as the organization expands.

Key Responsibilities

Proven experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or Agile Coaching, ideally in a fast-growing product organization.
Deep knowledge of agile methodologies, product development processes and operational best practices.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence without direct authority.
Experience leading cross-functional collaboration with product managers, engineers, designers, analysts and senior leadership.
Proficiency in process optimization and strategic problem-solving, with a continuous improvement mindset.
Experience working in a fully remote environment, ensuring effective async communication and documentation.
