About us

About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled FP&A Business Partner Manager to join our finance team and make an impact at the intersection of finance, healthcare, and AI. Reporting directly to the Head of FP&A, you will play a key role in driving financial strategy and ensuring the effective management of financial performance across our Drug Development and Corporate departments.

 

In particular, you will:
  • Serve as a trusted Finance Business Partner for both our drug development initiatives and corporate functions, providing strategic financial guidance and insights.
  • Collaborate in the preparation and development of financial models, reports, budgets, and forecasts to support organizational objectives.
  • Play a central role in the monthly finance closing process, including analysis of financial reports, identifying significant variances from the budget, conducting in-depth data analysis, and recommending actionable plans.
  • Support ad hoc analyses by creating bespoke reports and tailored financial analyses, addressing the specific needs of various stakeholders.

  

Position is based in our Paris, Nantes or London offices or remotely in France and UK.

 

About you

We’re looking for a highly analytical, results-driven finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. To be successful in this role, you should bring the following qualifications and experience:

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • A degree in Finance or Management (from a recognized Business School or University).
  • Proven experience as an FP&A professional within the Biotech or Life Sciences sectors, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex financial data and communicate insights effectively.
  • Strong organizational capabilities, with the ability to remain adaptable, flexible, and responsive to evolving business needs.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel (or Google Sheets) and hands-on experience building financial models.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a keen ability to identify and address key issues as they arise.
  • A deep passion for the intersections of finance, healthcare, and AI.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in French.
  • Familiarity with Pigment (financial reporting tool).
