Job Title: Business Development Associate

Position Type: Remote - Preferably in the Boston Area

Pay Type: Annual

Pay Rate: $158,000 - $175, 000.00

Reports To: VP Development & Commercialization

Job Overview:

As the Business Development Associate, you will assist in driving growth and ensuring the successful execution of business initiatives. This role will be responsible for contract lifecycle management, proposal preparation, financial modeling, and project management to support business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiopharmaceuticals, biotech, or pharmaceutical CDMO services with experience in strategic support functions.

 

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Manage the contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and maintaining agreements.

Prepare high-quality proposals and presentations for potential clients.

Lead project management efforts to ensure seamless execution of client engagements and internal initiatives.

Collaborate with internal teams, including R&D, operations, regulatory, and finance, to align business development activities with company objectives.

Stay informed about industry trends, market needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and expansion.

Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance visibility and drive new business.

Maintain an in-depth understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices to effectively communicate capabilities to potential clients.


Job Requirements │ Skills │ Education:

Bachelor's degree in business, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).

Minimum 7-10 years of experience in business development support, contract management, or strategic operations within the CDMO, pharmaceutical, biotech, or radiopharmaceutical industry.

Proven ability to manage contract processes.

Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

Experience in radiopharmaceuticals is highly preferred.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Willingness to travel as needed.
