We are seeking a Program Manager for the Cardano Foundation Venture Hub to oversee and execute our venture builder initiative.

Our Venture Hub is a startup accelerator designed to support early-stage blockchain companies building on Cardano. It provides tailored support, expert guidance, and industry recognition.The startups need to confidently grow their venture in the Cardano Foundation program.

This role requires a strong understanding of education, training, and enablement within the blockchain ecosystem. Additionally, the Program Manager will spend 40% of their time as a Product Manager, ensuring educational resources and enablement tools align with the program’s strategic goals. The ideal candidate has experience in program management, startup acceleration, education, and blockchain technology and can structure and execute venture-building initiatives while developing and managing educational products and resources. 

Program Management (60%)

  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end execution of the Venture Hub program, from participant selection to successful completion. 

  • Guide the startups through the program curriculum and help them meet key milestones for the modules such as business, technical, and go-to-market 

  • Deliver structured training and enablement workshops to support early-stage blockchain ventures.

  • Establish and nurture relationships with mentors, advisors, industry experts, and participating startups.

  • Define and track program KPIs, ensuring measurable outcomes aligned with Cardano Foundation’s strategic objectives.

  • Organize workshops, educational sessions, and demo days to enhance participants’ learning and networking experiences.

  • Collaborate with the Business Development and Marketing teams to drive awareness and engagement in the program.

Product Management for Training and Enablement - Education based (40%)

  • Lead the development and iteration of education and enablement products (online workshops, toolkits and training) tailored for blockchain startups.

  • Work with the Education, Technical, and Business teams to design scalable learning experiences for founders and teams.

  • Define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on user feedback and business objectives.

  • Ensure content and tools align with best practices in blockchain education and meet the needs of startup teams.

  • Analyze program data and participant feedback to refine product offerings and improve engagement.

  • Integrate new tools, platforms, and educational technologies to enhance the learning experience.



Your story:

Program Management Expertise:

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, venture building, accelerator programs, or related fields.

  • Proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with a track record of delivering results.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to execute both short-term and long-term goals.

Product Management Acumen:

  • Experience in product management, particularly in developing educational or enablement-focused tools and resources.

  • Ability to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and analyze data to improve offerings.

Blockchain and Web3 Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of business models and building on blockchain.

  • Knowledge of how blockchain technology works, including key principles and industry applications.

Education and Enablement:

  • Strong understanding of education, training, and enablement strategies, preferably within the blockchain or startup ecosystem.

  • Ability to train and teach, making complex blockchain concepts accessible to various audiences.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Adaptability and Problem-Solving:

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and embraces change and agility.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-driven mindset.

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
