WE MEAN BUSINESS! The position requires someone who is a creative problem solver, quick thinker, and sound decision maker with a clear head. They must have zero tolerance for gossip with a positive attitude and a servant-leader heart to help the firm communicate and serve clients with excellence.

The ideal candidate will have completed their Bachelor of Science in a Business Development or Graphic Design related degree with a 3.25+ GPA on a 4.0 scale or greater (Note, we will also accept applicants who are within 12 months of completing their degree).


Business Development Assistant Job Duties: 

• Collaborating with a team to enhance innovation for marketing success and increased product and services value and efficiency.
• Assist with creating mock-ups, producing, designing, maintaining, updating, and modifying, websites and user interfaces.
• Assist with graphics, audio and video clips and application needs of team members and clients.
• Skilled in Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, InDesign, and Dreamweaver.
• Creation of professional level PowerPoint presentations.
• Assist business development team with event preparation, marketing material, client and vendor databases development and follow up.

Desirable:

• Wants to work long term in developing the marketing, business, and communications side of an engineering consulting firm.
• Intermediate to Advanced proficiency level in Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Camtasia Studio
• Enjoys working with computers and technology as well as learning new applications.
