Deltek Managing Consultant- Software Engineering

Role and Responsibilities:

• Strong understanding of Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint capabilities, and customization options in order to meet individual billable target.
• Provide technical guidance and making informed decisions, along with managing the backlog and making project assignments.
• Leading a team of software engineers and developers working on Deltek projects. This includes setting clear goals, providing guidance, and ensuring the team's productivity and collaboration.
• Oversee resource planning and lead a regular cadance stand-up meeting.
• Define project scopes, timelines, and resource allocation, as well as managing project risks.
• Complete invoice edit & approval.
• Participate account management.
  
  
  

Education, Experience and Skills:

• Project Management Experience
• 5+ years Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint Database Experience
• 5+ years SQL Database Experience
• Project Accounting experience a plus
• 3+ years in ERP Implementations/Experience
• Financial accounting experience a plus
