Job Summary

Reporting to the CRM Director, the Email Marketing Associate will be responsible for managing placements across our email, mobile push, SMS and web channels. Your primary focus will be building, reviewing and scheduling marketing campaigns highlighting our client brands. In addition to executing to perfection the Email Marketing Associate will analyze performance metrics and work cross-functionally on strategies to maximize customer engagement and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of retention marketing channels, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering impactful marketing experiences.


Key Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including content review, segmentation, scheduling, and deployment.
  • Develop and manage mobile push notification campaigns, ensuring timely and relevant messaging to enhance user engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, product and engineering to ensure the best user experience and brand practices across marketing communication channels.
  • Work with sales teams to ensure timely and accurate campaigns to reflect client goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in email marketing, mobile push, and more.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing, mobile push, or SMS marketing.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Braze, Iterable) and other marketing publishing or content tools.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft & edit compelling and engaging marketing content.
  • Knowledge of best practices for email deliverability, list management, segmentation, and automation workflows.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns.
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus.

The approximate compensation range for this role is a base of $50,000-$60,000 annually. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications and geographic location.
