Description

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Actimize IFM Business Analyst to document and manage business requirements while designing functional solutions to implement Actimize IFM software in the financial sector. A deep understanding of Core Banking systems is essential for this role. This position is tailored for experienced professionals at an advanced or lead level, with exceptional communication, analytical, and client engagement abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience: Minimum of 6 + years in the field, including 4+ years of relevant experience in:
  • Delivering at least one full implementation of RB/CB/Card/Deposit solutions.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Actimize IFM data requirements.
  • Expertise in model tuning.
  • Business Analysis & Design:
  • Proficient in Requirement Gathering, Business Process Flow, and Functional Design.
  • Strong ability to analyze and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Banking & Systems Knowledge:
  • In-depth knowledge of banking systems and end-to-end banking solutions, from channels to back-office operations.
  • Expertise in software application analysis, customization, and implementation.
  • Actimize IFM Expertise:
  • Proficient in parameterization, product setup, and implementation.
  • Skilled in effort estimation, risk assessment, and functional requirement analysis.
  • Well-versed in integration with upstream systems, data loads, and tuning.
  • Actimize Tools & Configurations:
  • Hands-on experience with AAE, profiles, and Policy Manager.
  • Configuration of Actimize RCM, including hierarchy, roles, workflows, users, DART views, and Drilldown Queries using RCM Designer.
  • Familiarity with Actimize database schemas.

Additional Skills:

  • Extensive experience in data mapping and data analysis for Actimize Fraud implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of real-time fraud scenarios and rules associated with products such as Wires, ACH, and P2P.
  • Proven experience in developing BRD (Business Requirements Document) and FSD (Functional Specification Document) for fraud projects.
  • Ability to advise clients on industry best practices for Fraud monitoring.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Minimum of 3+ years’ experience working with Actimize Fraud solutions and 5+ years’ overall experience in the Fraud domain.

Preferred Traits:

  • Keen interest in optimizing business processes and conducting market research.
  • Strong understanding of project risk management and effort calculations.
