This role focuses on working with both new and existing customers to onboard properties, negotiate better rates, ensure optimal availability, and maximize hotel inventory performance.
Responsibilities:
• Engage with new and existing customers to onboard properties and optimize their inventory.
• Negotiate competitive rates and ensure proper availability with hotel partners.
• Conduct onboarding calls to understand customer needs, revenue goals, and market positioning.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, referrals, and inventory performance in CRM systems.
• Collaborate closely with head of customer success to improve conversion and retention.
