Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Netsuite Functional Consultant with expertise in SuitePeople HR to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing functional support and expertise for our clients' Netsuite HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the subject matter expert for Netsuite's SuitePeople HR module, including employee records, payroll, benefits, and time off

- Collaborate with clients to understand their HR processes and requirements, and provide recommendations for system configuration and customization

- Manage end-to-end implementation of SuitePeople HR, including scoping, design, testing, and training

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for clients' Netsuite HR systems, including troubleshooting and issue resolution

- Stay up-to-date on the latest Netsuite releases and enhancements, and provide recommendations for incorporating new features into clients' systems

- Conduct trainings and workshops for clients' HR teams to ensure proper system usage and adoption

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions to clients

- Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures

- Keep track of project timelines and deliverables, and communicate updates to clients and internal teams

- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within clients' HR systems.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Netsuite's SuitePeople HR module

- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices

- Experience with end-to-end implementation of Netsuite HR systems

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Netsuite certifications in SuitePeople HR and/or SuiteFoundation are a plus.

This is a part-time remote position.
