iSoftStone, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Consultant - OnBase ECM Solutions to join our Team!

Remote Opportunity (Part-Time)

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain OnBase ECM solutions, with a strong focus on OCR technology and integration with SAP Ariba for "Out of Network" Invoice Processing.
Configure and optimize OnBase Advanced Capture, Brainware, and Kofax to enhance document classification and data extraction capabilities.
Work with Kofax to:
Capture paper, email attachments, EDI transactions, and database transactions.
Extract header and line-item data.
Validate extracted data based on OCR extraction confidence, database/web service/TXT file validations against Ariba/SAP/ERP, and amount calculations.
Implement OnBase Workflow for:
Auto coding (Non-PO invoices).
Validation exception workflows to ensure only clean transactions are processed into Ariba.
Performing 2 or 3-way matching (PO) against Ariba/SAP/ERP.
Sending all completed and required invoice data/documents to Ariba via web services.
Ensuring invoice transactions are created in Ariba with PDF image attachments available for download.
Provide technical leadership on OnBase implementation projects, ensuring best practices and industry standards are followed.
Conduct system integrations with third-party applications, including ERP, CRM, and other document management solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to OnBase, OCR, and SAP Ariba integration.
Lead client training sessions and provide post-implementation support to ensure user adoption and solution effectiveness.

Primary Location Pay Range: $100 - $120 per hour
