Work Arrangement: Remote
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (Flexible based on campaign needs)

Job Type: Full-time

Holiday Adherence: US Holidays

Role Overview

We're looking for a Marketing Manager to drive high-quality execution across multiple channels. With our Ideal Customer Profile defined and a fresh brand and website, we need someone to amplify our message through email, social media, digital ads, and events. This role focuses on performance metrics, collaboration across teams, vendor management, and audience growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Email & Content Marketing – Manage newsletters, email campaigns, blogs, LinkedIn content, and the content calendar. Write marketing copy and coordinate with a freelance copywriter if needed.
  • Design & Collateral – Work with an outsourced design team to create sales decks, one-pagers, and website updates. Collaborate with the sales team for marketing materials.
  • Event Coordination – Plan and manage webinars and in-person/virtual events, including setup, invites, follow-ups, and logistics.
  • Advertising & Demand Generation – Oversee LinkedIn and Google Ads, optimize campaigns, and track ABM signals for sales support.
  • Website Management – Update website content, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer insights.
  • Product Marketing – Communicate product updates via Intercom and other channels.
  • Data & KPIs – Track and analyze marketing performance to guide strategy.

Requirements

Must-Haves
  • B2B SaaS Marketing Experience: 3+ years with a proven track record in executing email marketing, content, demand generation, and events.
  • Technical & Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Zoho, Webflow, Intercom, and analytics tools, with a strong focus on tracking KPIs and optimizing performance.
  • Project & Social Media Management: Ability to multitask and prioritize marketing initiatives while managing LinkedIn strategies for brand awareness and engagement.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Experience working cross-functionally with sales, design, and product teams, with excellent English proficiency for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Adaptability & Digital Advertising: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, with knowledge of LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads as a plus.
