Job description

Job Role: Executive Assistant/Office Manager 

Work Schedule: This is a full-time role (8 hours per day) (Australia) 

Salary range: $1,200-1,700 AUD / Monthly

The client is a boutique, digital-first law firm based in Australia, offering bespoke legal solutions to individuals and businesses, specialising in residential conveyancing and commercial law.

Role Overview:

The client is looking for high-caliber professionals to join them on their growth journey. If you’re driven, solutions-focused, and ready to take on a dynamic and rewarding role, this firm is the place for you.

The role combines the responsibilities of managing ad hoc tasks for the Founder, administrative tasks with overseeing the overall operations of an office, including social media marketing/website management and coordinating team logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Legal Administration: Assist with file openings and data entry.
  • General Admin Support: Manage emails, documents, and other office tasks to improve efficiency.
  • Social Media & Marketing: Help create and schedule content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Website & Tech Improvements: Assist in updating and enhancing the firm website. 
  • Process Optimisation: Assisting with ad hoc projects and improving processes within the firm. 
  • Ad Hoc:  Other ad hoc support to the Founder.



Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant/Office Administration 
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented
  • A proactive, solutions-focused attitude
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise
  • Knowledge of social media and marketing 
  • Experience with website management (knowledge of Webflow) preferred but not essential 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
