  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the company’s products and services promptly.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and address complex technical challenges.
  • Document customer interactions and technical solutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Engage in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and improve customer support skills.
  • Provide feedback to improve processes and contribute to higher customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members as needed.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong technical aptitude and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
  • Prior experience in technical support, customer service, or IT is an advantage but not required.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly.
  • A team-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others.
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens and adapt to a new cultural environment.
