  • Assist customers with inquiries related to flight bookings, modifications, and general travel advice.
  • Quickly identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring a seamless and friendly interaction.
  • Carefully document customer interactions in the CRM system to maintain accurate records.
  • Work closely with other teams to escalate and resolve complex inquiries as needed.
  • Stay informed about aviation policies and travel regulations to provide reliable information.
  • Engage in team collaboration to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
