In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to our Italian-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a smooth and satisfying service experience.   • Maintain clear and comprehensive records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements in service delivery.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to stay informed about products and best practices.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
  • Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but we welcome entry-level candidates.
  • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.
