Responsibilities

• Monitor user-generated content across multiple social media channels for compliance with community guidelines.
• Engage with users by responding to inquiries and comments, fostering a supportive online atmosphere.
• Identify, report, and escalate inappropriate content and behavior according to established moderation policies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve moderation techniques and enhance community engagement initiatives.
• Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to enhance user experience.
• Analyze user interactions and provide feedback to optimize content strategy and moderation policies.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese is required; proficiency in English is also essential.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
• Experience in content moderation or customer service is advantageous.
• A strong understanding of social media platforms and their community standards.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• A collaborative team player with the ability to work autonomously.
• Access to a reliable internet connection for remote work.
• Familiarity with moderation tools and content management systems is a plus.
