Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality technical support to Slovak-speaking customers regarding electronic devices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a range of hardware and software issues swiftly.
  • Maintain clear communication with customers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.
  • Assist with product installation, configuration, and ongoing usage support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer feedback and assist in product improvement.
  • Create and update user-friendly documentation and resources to empower customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Slovak and English is essential.
  • Experience in electronics support or a related technical field is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment while being a proactive team member.
  • Familiarity with electronic devices and technical support best practices.
  • Prior experience in customer service or technical support roles is a plus.
