Provide high-quality technical support to Slovak-speaking customers regarding electronic devices.

Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.
Assist with product installation, configuration, and ongoing usage support.
Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer feedback and assist in product improvement.
Create and update user-friendly documentation and resources to empower customers.

Requirements

Fluency in Slovak and English is essential.
Experience in electronics support or a related technical field is preferred.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Able to work independently in a remote environment while being a proactive team member.
Familiarity with electronic devices and technical support best practices.
