Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Develop an extensive understanding of our products and services to deliver accurate information to clients.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Work closely with team members to optimize service delivery and share insights from customer interactions.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Support a positive team environment and contribute to meeting team objectives.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Portuguese and English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong passion for customer service with the ability to connect with clients effectively.
  • Prior experience in customer support is an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and proactive approach.
