Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing all travel-related inquiries.
  • Assist customers with travel bookings, itinerary changes, and general questions about travel destinations and services.
  • Guide customers through the booking process, ensuring they have the necessary information to make informed decisions.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex inquiries and provide timely solutions to customer issues.
  • Stay informed about current travel trends, promotions, and company offerings to provide up-to-date information to clients.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed service records for future reference.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or tourism sector, is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle various customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
