Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to Slovak-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to automotive products and services.
  • Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting issues with automotive parts.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive products and industry trends to provide accurate support.
  • Document all customer interactions meticulously for quality control and service improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues effectively.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing knowledge and insights among colleagues.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, especially within the automotive sector, is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • A passion for automobiles and a willingness to learn more about automotive products and services.
