Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and concerns effectively.
  • Assist customers with order processing, account management, and detailed information about products.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
  • Document customer interactions thoroughly and maintain accurate records to facilitate service improvements.
  • Stay updated on company products and policies to provide accurate assistance to customers.
  • Actively seek feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and enhance service quality.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced setting with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and proficiency in Microsoft Office is advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
  • A positive attitude and a dedication to delivering outstanding service.
