  • Document customer interactions comprehensively to ensure effective follow-up and service improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support content creators in achieving their goals and enhancing their online presence.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and tools to provide relevant advice and recommendations.
  • Gather feedback from users to support product development and enhancement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly within the online content or digital marketing sectors.
  • Strong understanding of social media, online platforms, and digital content creation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client success.
  • Proficient in using customer support software and standard office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle various tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
