Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients in the aviation sector through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to flight bookings, schedules, and aviation services.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring timely resolutions to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to effectively address complex customer issues and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of aviation policies, procedures, and promotions.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain organized records for compliance and service improvement.
  • Foster positive relationships with customers to support loyalty and repeat business.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, especially within the travel or aviation industry, is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed by the business.
