Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with travel bookings, itinerary changes, and general inquiries about travel services.
  • Guide customers through the booking process, ensuring they receive accurate information and support.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Stay updated on travel promotions, destinations, and company offerings to effectively advise customers.
  • Document all interactions with customers accurately to ensure quality service and follow-up when necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the travel or tourism industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer inquiries effectively.
  • Familiarity with online booking systems and customer management software.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
