Job description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is excited to announce an opening for a Dutch Speaking e-Cigarette Customer Support Representative in our Health Department. This position is perfect for individuals who have a passion for customer service and health-related products. As a key member of our team, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers by providing them with comprehensive support and information regarding e-cigarette products.


Responsibilities
  • Engage with Dutch-speaking customers through various platforms, including phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries about e-cigarette products and health concerns.
  • Provide accurate and insightful information regarding product usage, safety guidelines, and health implications.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting their issues and guide them through returns or exchanges as necessary.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to contribute to ongoing service enhancement efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, health guidelines, and current developments related to e-cigarettes.
  • Collaborate with the health department team to maintain high standards of customer care and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in the health or e-commerce sectors.
  • Understanding of e-cigarette products and health-related considerations is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently.
  • A genuine interest in health and wellness and a desire to help customers make informed decisions.
