Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and concerns efficiently.
  • Assist customers with order processing, account management, and product-related questions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective service delivery and smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and feedback to support service improvements.
  • Stay updated on company products and policies to deliver accurate assistance to customers.
  • Proactively seek feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement in the service provided.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and proficiency in Microsoft Office is advantageous.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional service are essential.
