Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Finnish Speaking Customer Service Representative for the Aviation Department. This role will allow you to engage with clients in the aviation sector while providing outstanding support and service, contributing to an exceptional travel experience.


Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer service to Finnish-speaking clients in the aviation department through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with booking inquiries, flight information, and general aviation-related questions.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints with professionalism, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex issues related to travel logistics.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of airline services, policies, and industry regulations.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately for compliance and quality assurance purposes.
  • Continuously seek improvements in service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or aviation industry, is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle challenging situations.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
